Es ist ein kleiner Strauch, der ein Rhizom als Überdauerungsorgan ausbildet und Wuchshöhen von bis zu 2 Metern erreicht. Die kleinen, spitzzulaufenden Laubblätter sind dicht behaart und werden jedes Jahr abgeworfen. In der Bachblütentherapie steht Cerato für Ratlosigkeit, und Unsicherheit, Unselbstständigkeit, sowie wenig Vertrauen in die eigene Intuition. Cerato- Menschen fragen ständig Andere um Rat. Im transformierten Zustand steht Cerato für Intuition, Bestimmtheit, Zentriertheit und Weisheit. They are herbaceous plants, subshrubs, or small shrubs growing to 0.3-1 m tall. The leaves are spirally arranged, simple, 1-9 cm long, usually with a hairy margin. The flowers are produced in a compact inflorescence, each flower with a five-lobed corolla. In the therapy of Dr. Edward Bach Cerato is the Bach Flower Remedy for people who lack faith in their own judgement. The people who have not sufficient confidence in themselves to make their own decisions. They constantly seek advice from others, and are often misguided.
